I wanted to kick this off with something incredibly valuable I have been holding onto for quite awhile. A dictionary .com domain name which is not only very rare, but also is an aged domain. If you are not aware of this, aged domains typically rank significantly higher in Google with less work, due to the fact that they are considered established domains.
